SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 27 "An Act                              
relating to child visitation rights of grandparents and other persons who      
are not the parents of the child" was read the second time.                    
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.                                
                                                                               
SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 27 was read the                         
third time.                                                                    
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that President               
Pearce be shown as a cosponsor on the bill.  Without objection, it was         
so ordered.
